Rather trying to get the bass line right using the arrangers inversions, why not get a midi pedalboard (Assuming the BK9 will accept one) and learn to play the pedals, that way you will not have to keep sorting out work-arounds for the arrangers limitations.
Midi backing is fine if it is not possible to play everything yourself, but for most songs it is just too rigid and inhuman sounding.
