Got a much appreciated email from my good friend Chas yesterday. Things are rough....too many serious problems to count.

Still, he has that classic, intellectual attitude that makes him such a trip to know.

Also talked to Gary. Chas sends him his very best. Gary is fighting the good fight, but things are pretty rough.

I am recovering from knee surgery and looking towards a job this week-end at the State Capital and another at one of the finest horse farms in the area.
