Seperate speakers can be connected to your keyboard, provided they are ACTIVE speakers. That is they have their own built in amplifier power system. I use two Behringer B2031's connected to either my KN7000 or Tyros 2 or Motif ES6, via an Alto S-12 Mixer. Keith
