Just inquiring for a friend who as the midjpro. Can anyone tell me if i plug a usb into the machine how to download from it to the midjpro?
Also how to lengthen a midi style using the midjpro please?

Use MEDIA (as suggested above) to move/delete/rename files.
You cannot extend/edit in details styles on the Midjay Pro. These features are reserved for the REAL ARRANGERS like SD40, SD90, Audya 4 ... etc.
