Remember Hammond is not Hammond anymore but Hammond/Susuki. You have to listen to the models you are interested in in person if possibel. Or go by the multitude of online demos and take a shot. Returns are possible. They all do a good job but have subtle differences, some inportant to some players, I think some players get crazy with the nitpicking of the clones.
No two Hammonds ever sounded exactly the same and who knows what a new one sounded like ??
