What is the Ebay policy that washes a deal when the buyer does not pay in a reasonable time.
My Prelude buyer has not paid or contacted me.. it will be 48 hours tomorrow afternoon (2pm).. At that time I would like to cancel the sale if Ebay drops all the fees.. I really don't mind keeping the Prelude(I like it). What I get out of selling it is no big deal.


I just read the Ebay policy is wait 48 hours and you can open a case and clear Ebay fees.
