Hi Alain; I'm pretty certain, though Panasonic (Matsushita) patented the SD (secure digital) memory card 'format', that other brands of SD memory cards should work on the KN7000 as well.

Btw: I'm curious what 'other' brand SD Memory cards (other than Panasonic) are currently available and if the prices are substantially cheaper than the Panasonic brand SD card. Anyone know the latest prices for a 512 megybyte SD memory card?
