Louisiana numbers are very high, but the majority if it is from New Orleans. Having Mardi Gras this year was a huge mistake. Talk about bad timing...
Caddo Parish numbers are high, but right across the river in Bossier Parish, they are much smaller. I don't want to get into why that is so, but it has a lot to do with demographics.
BTW a county in Louisiana is called a Parish.
