You have to complete the Legacy Connection to connect to the old sites. I appreciate that it's complicated, but I can't do it from my end, I don't have another way to give access because I don't want people to actively use the legacy sites without the two networks connected. I'll receive a notification once you've made the connection.

I'm trying to encourage users to make use of the new site instead of the old ones because it causes me more and more work every day unfortunately and there are hundreds of thousands of visits per month at the moment. I don't want to get to the point where I just switch them off but it's coming close to that

I'll retrieve your email from the user list and email you directly to help so that we aren't disturbing people here
