I played organ with bass pedals plus other side keyboards and sang for many years. I just don't get where those perfect drum backing tracks come from and I hear registrations change but see no movement by the player. I'm going to listen and watch again

Could the registrations be sequenced?
Don’t know anything about organs, but there is some sort of clock running on the left hand side.
Amazing performance.
With the sx I can just tap a foot pedal and the registrations follow the order I programmed them in. Ie tap reg goes from 1 to 2, tap 2 to 5 , tap 5 to 8, whatever order I want them in.
Could she be doing something similar with bass pedals, I don’t know anything about them.
