no, logically you can't save a setting which changes the setting you are saving within that setting, you can only save a higher level function which controls that setting. You can change the filter settings (the tempo on/off) by selectively loading just the current panel file without affecting the panel memories or having to load them again. Or just forget filters and save the wanted tempos in each panel memory.
