This is truly awful news . I became a basketball player and professional coach as a young man as a result of the inspiration that Kobe and Jordan provided through their basketball genius . I never met Kobe but the impact he had on my life growing up was very strong . I honestly I feel like a family member has died and I know it’s crazy but that’s the truth . I can’t imagine what his wife must be feeling right now to have lost her husband and daughter in one tragic event.

I hope her family and friends press together to support her through this terrible time .
