My thoughts (you asked for them smile ). If possible (and feasible), go with the BK7m. Reason; you will spend more time on the SKX and less time fiddling with the (easier to access) EA7. As you become more comfortable in 'organ' mode, you will find yourself using the BK7m more as a drum machine but with the luxury of having a capable arranger available if you need it. That is pretty much my configuration for my 'playing' rig: Organ, VP770 on top (a few SN voices, good keybed, and a great vocal processor), and BK7m for drums and occasional extra voices not present in the VP770. The other disadvantage of using the EA7 is that the SKX does not have a flat top with no controls that allows you to keep the top keyboard close to the bottom (organ style). No problem for the BK7m. Just some thoughts.
