Alesis made an io dock for the ipad. put your ipad in the dock and use midi out from your arranger to midi in on the alesis dock which also has its own outputs to monitors, or back out and into your arranger. collosus app for ipad has some pretty good piano sounds. If this is interesting to you. Make sure you do a thorough research on the Alesis dock it is no longer manufactured and their were two versions and they would only accept certain ipads.
