Steve, I'd had trouble with UPS before I read about your fiasco. I sold a fellow member an s910 and they damaged it, taking 6 months to settle. Never again.I don't really need a 970 replacement, but the little added features are enough to want one. I have copied my USB,full of registrations,styles,midis, and CDG files, but still have my great organ expansion in there. I don't know if I can reclaim that.

Bernie, I never realized UPS can be a real problem, but by DonM’s post, your’s and TonMads looks like they have been an ongoing problem. By the way another neighbor who happens to drive a Yamaha golf cart told me yesterday that he saw the SX900 standing upgright in the trailer of the golf cart and thought that was pretty lame. Also UPS tracking still shows the board in transit!! Go figure.
