Ok everyone I have thankfully found the solution......
of course it was human error Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
what ever the reason when I first began to play my curiosity led me to touch the #1 assignable buttons under the display....and of course that was the half bar break ON & OFF assignment...not knowing I never retouch it to turn it off leaving me with the BREAK problems I kept having and shown in the example.....

Now I hit it again and shut off Break fill and all is well again...


now to work on the Playlist song problems..
