To me number 1 and 5 definitely stand out, not suprisinly so I guess as I still have an old yamaha stage piano.
But I would like to add the V3 Piano XXL module from Austria to the bunch. I have only recently received it myself and it does an admirable job, provided you use a balanced keyboard:
