I am convinced the problem lies with your USB stick that is used as a dongle. Within the 1st year of purchase, they'll link the software to another USB stick upon request.

Thomas was very helpful. I suggest you keep on trying to contact them as this program is worth every bit of it's very low price. (listen to the sound quility of my latest uploaded style - not possible to achieve without this AMAZING software)

Just in case you're not sure - to safeguard their software, they've imbedded code into it to only run if a certain USB stick with a pre-recorded serial number is inserted in your PC. If it cannot find this serial number upon program start, it won't work.
