Silly question, but if you had a PA4x, then a PA1000 why choose the PA700 (not that I am in any way belittling the choice) but from my understanding it has a few important differences, mainly the amplification (unless that isn't a factor).

For example, I didn't realize how weak the amplification was on the PA900 compared to the PA1000, and when I try to boost the Loudness on the PA900 it sounds like the speakers are cutting out at high levels as it can't handle it.
