I do have four Maui 5's, but have never used them together and never expect to.
One set remains at my regular venue and the other set is ready for extra jobs.
While still having great dispersal they are slightly more directional than the Bose.
They also have more power, deeper bass, more e.q.s, inputs and outputs. Even Bluetooth.
And they are half the price.
After using Bose Compacts for many years, I find a distinct improvement with the Mauis.
