That's too cold.
They actually closed some schools here today because it was PREDICTED to be +30 and light snow or perhaps freezing rain. Didn't happen, but it is cold for this area. Went from 70 to 29 yesterday, but supposed to warm up a lot today. I haven't decided whether I will play golf. There was a report of a bridge icing over and everyone drove out to see it.
MANY years ago I was in Duluth for a couple of weeks and made a mental note to NEVER come back unless it was July.
