I'm only dreaming of a white Christmas, just like the ones we never had.
The sun is shining, children whining, 'cause they know that Santa knows they're bad.

Our days are sunny and bright, but there's no chance Christmas will be white.

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas, but it will never happen here.
The best we can hope for is that Santa will go for a bottle or two of Christmas cheer.
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas, with every Christmas show we watch.
They all seem happy and gay, but we use sunscreen Christmas day.
