Gary, I could not have said it better. We live in a world where social skills, meaningful conversation and common courtesy is fading fast. I only carry a cell phone when I'm on the road or in serious need for calling home to be certain I'm about to buy exactly what she sent me after... LOL!

Remember Pagers? Watching the poor guys and gals who had to carry them everywhere as part of their employment contract was such a sad thing to see. So now, I relate cell phones with pagers... and I don't want some little rectangular object to become my master.

E-mail is wonderful. Reply when convenient... and certainly not while driving. (See, you didn't rant! We're probably just preaching to the Choir!)
