Several significant features plus MAJOR improvements to the Acoustic Grand and Electric Grand and minor improvements to the Tine and Reed EP models. Notice of the update was sent by Kraft along with a very supportive letter and offers of substantial discounts on future purchases.

I mention this because there could be other updates on other products that your dealer may not have made you aware of (although I realize it is OUR responsibility to check for updates). It may be that Sweetwater has pushed some of these other guys into providing better service but Kraft Music seems to be an OK company to do business with.
