Hi all,

coming from the south of the U.K. I can remember our great storm of 1987. I believe that winds reached a gusting peak of 127mph but I do not remember any excessive rain and that is what is causing a great deal of damage in the way of flooding. I see only today that Majorca has been devastated by excessive rain and flooding. Seems beyond belief doesn't it.
This world of ours is changing and changing fast.
