Quote manual:
"The model number, serial number, power requirements, etc., may
be found on or near the name plate, which is at the bottom of the unit."

(At my Genos the label is at the front part of the bottom, aprox at the middle of the lenght, a bit at right side)

The serial number is also to fid at the original box Genos is shipped in.
