What is Yamaha trying to accomplish with Clavinova?
Not sure what they are tying to accomplish but here’s my experience. I saw a CVP107 being played and demoed at a state fair and decided to buy one because the piano section of it sounded great and it looked fun to play. At the time I also had a grand piano, When the CVP307 came along I upgraded to it. I sold the grand piano because I was tired of having it tuned and regulated 3 times per year. I don’t regret selling the grand the Clavinova never goes out of tune.
