That's strange, we had this post before, but it has been deleted for some reason. I seem to remember that several other people had also replied to it, including quite favourable comment about my book. Strange that it should disappear like that.
so I'd better repeat what I said there.
The easiest way for the absolute beginner is to use the musical style arranger.
Choose a style close to what you want with the MSA on.
Then select variation/registration 1 and save it in a panel memory. Do the same for each of the other 3 variation/registrations in a different panel memory.
Now you can switch the MSA off and experiment with the registrations.
Try changing the voices in R1 R2 etc. Remember to try L, R1+R2 at the same time, Technichord On/Off etc too. Resave each panel memory in turn.
If you like the registrations just change the style and tempo to your choices, again resaving the panel memories each time.
