Fran, I feel the same way - don't want my children to be burdened with all the crap I have, so I've sold most of it, and some I gave away. I talked with my son this evening and told him that after I'm dead, just donate the sailing yacht to charity so Carol can take the tax write-off. As for me, I've already made arrangements to donate my body to the Maryland Anatomy Board so some medical student can learn how to do some surgical procedures without killing someone. The funeral industry isn't going to get a dime from this old fart's carcass.
