If the sampler was stated in the specs and doesn‘t exist yet, it is clearly the buyer‘s right to return it to the dealer, and the dealer‘s right to return it to the manufacturer. Customers intended to buy a present keyboard, not future plans.
The same thing happend when they released the long awaited Midjpro. Still No sampler yet, after soo many years...
