All the best,

On my last trip to Europe I had the chance to try all line array systems side by side in a large music store.
First of: wow! Much bigger than guitar center.
They literally had everything: all arrangers, synths, pianos etc.
I wanted to mainly hear the Maui28G2...
First up was Bose L1 compact.
AS expected sounded great.
Second up was JBL EON1. Sounded great too.
Next was Maui5. It was disappointing to me.My guess was it needed to be EQ'ed correctly.
Next up BoseL1 model II. It lacked a bit mids and warmth which I am used to from my Bose Compact.
Next up was the Maui 28G2.
Wow. It had everything I was looking for: clear highs great mids and enough oomph in the sub for a dance without being overpowered.
Only almost a third of the price of the big Bose.
Don't get me wrong. I am a big Bose fan. However the Maui convinced me.
I already talked to Frank and will get it sometime in the near future keys
Well worth the money in every way.
Eric
