According to the specs yes..psr 970 39.44" x 17.20" x 5.82". I believe I used it for my 950 as well as korg. Only kept 950 for a month..didn't take it out of house. Same measurements as yamaha bags currently sold for 61 key psr series. *Reduced to $25*
