Not a bad idea, but Casio would have to clean house, big time, to make the company viable.

The parts that curently hurt Ketrons postion are mostly marketing, communication and support... if Casio took over, that would be solved. Then all Casio needs to do is appoint so,eone in charge of quallity controll... or even better, do the quallity controll in Japan.
Where Ketron rocks, is musicallity and innovation... if you want to keep that part, you should not have to many changes..
Its not new for Japanese companies to make a base in Italy for added musicallity and innovation. So did Roland. And Korg is still doing so. There must be a reason for this.
