You can use up to 8 USB midi devices simultaneously. You can use a USB hub for that purpose. As I mentioned in my earlier post, the Kenton USB MIDI host supports only one MIDI device. Due to my travel, I haven't done extensive tests, but I didn't notice any latency when I tried it out a few times.
