I would bet that the few who did not like it were doing something wrong. After all, we are all experienced musicians with varying abilities perhaps, but the same ears and appreciation for a good sound. Even when I first got mine and made mistakes( I thought), the audience thought it was great, as well as band members. Don't forget that you will not hear what the audience hears if it is not set up right. JMO.
From the mile long thread on Keyboard Corner I think learning how to use it in different situations is the key. Also from reading that thread some guys put it sideways with the side speaker firing down, on a small amp stand so you don't need a baffle. Or on its side with a,wedge,to tilt it back on top of their small sub.
Lots,to think about but it seems to be a big seller.
