As user and programmer for Ketron and Korg, I think that what you have described is the truth about the differences Ketron and Korg..
I am waiting also (in the next OS update maybe), to see with who way we will can to create new Drums Kit with my Samples (wav) and of course new Multisamples, what is the (RamGroove) in the User Modeling Folder, and my maybe why not to have the powerful possibilitie to create new User Audio Guitars...
I agree there is a huge collection of free audio loops and guitar licks. If Ketron could make their guitar system compatible with these loops, it would be a huge step forward for user creation.
User drums should also be on their agenda.
next time i get my hands on the SD9 again, i will try and write about how they can improve the SD9 pro even more with some small software adjustments..
