Hi Technicsplayer and all,

I tried the instructions below in the following order:

1. I changed the Custom panel to all mode

2. Set the monitor speaker to off.

3. Saved the setting in the custom panel by pressing the Custom panel while SET is pressed

4. Turned off the kn7000

5. Turned on kn7000 after 3 minutes.


After doing all the procedure above I observed that monitor speaker was "ON" even after I recalled the previous setting by pressing the custom panel button.


Do I need to add any additional steps?
