I didn't see anyone criticize Bose. Coping is the sincest form of flattery. Bose did popuarlize the column array and everyone is coping it. It does have its advantages. To me an all in one system with no speaker stands. IMHO Bose is overpriced and I've heard a number of acts with them and they never really stand out to me. The sound is there and its OK but not stellar. One of the most populat bands here "Target" uses 3 L1's with matching subs and they are loud but not great. Just saw another popular band here called the "Headliners" and they had a traditional PA with subs. Much better sound. Better lows and crisper highs. Again IMHO. Whatever anyone feels is the best for them.
