After seeing numerous acts here just play basic and live I'm questioning all the technology we chase. I can do what I need to with my BK9. Just wish I could call up registrations from my IPad. I have some info on midi messages etc. but I'm too lazy to dissect it all. I learn by watching and doing, wish there was a video tutorial for that.
Been getting back to backs piano lately and just took a teaching job at a music store here. More for mental exercise than money.
When I was a technology teacher I used to tell the kids to try a lot of different thing and you will find out what you really need and like. You can't do it all.
