High price... yes... but then... Why? Only because these companies try to make them exclusive... And.. most of those people can not afford that... That is very true...
But you can get a Crumar Mojo (or even better a GSI DMC122 with Gemini module for about €2000 as wel as a Ketron SD40 module for about the same price, audya4 module is €2500) ..
if one combined both these in a single instrument... you would have something better sounding and way cheaper then these current high end instruments.. at about the price of a Tyros5/PA4x...
Same goes for self build Tyros5 organs.. add a few 100 euros's and you have the same functionallity if those expensive units... Isnt it the price that makes them unpopular?
Who wouldnt like to play a duall manuall Tyros5 or PA4x, if they where aproximately the same weight and less then €1000 more exspensive then the current T5? (pedals optional)
Just to make a statement the Crumar mojo build with real wood and metal only is 18kg compared to 16kg for a tyros5..
This is the €1900 GSI DMC with build in Gemini module ... just add a arranger module inside and go
