Sweetwater uses a company called Synchrony to handle their financing. It is a huge operation but they will eventually get it right. Their customer service is easy to reach and seem anxious to help. There was a slight mixup on one my purchases and I phoned them. They clicked a button or two and in minutes all was o.k.!


I've been in contact with Synchrony and Sweetwater on a regular basis since 6/24/16 when the PA was returned to Sweetwater. I was the one who ordered a Bose PA I ultimately couldn't use. Fed Ex showed a return on 6/24/16 of the PA. I've been waiting since then for a credit to my Sweetwater account.
