About two months ago I started using my S970 again for smaller gigs(25 or so seniors). The amp I've been using is the SSV.3.

What a nice combo. The sound is very smooth and well balanced throughout the rooms I've used it in. Many folks comment on how good it sounds to them.

Lately I've used my Compacts only for larger gigs.
