What do you mean by patches? I have a PR900 and may be able to help you. The only KN model files that will work with the PR700 is the KN3000. The PR305 is compatible with the KN2000 files. I don't think the KN5000 and KN6000 files will work on the PR700. If you have any more questions mabye I can help.
