I don't know that person by those initials, GEG, or I would write them for you.
If you can clean the file with your virus program, look at the headers and get the email addy of the persons ISP, (Internet Service Provider). You can then email the ISP and ask them to contact this person and advise them their computer has a virus.
It may not be anyone you know as these worms send themselves to every address in a computers hard drive, so it could be a second or tenth forward of a song you sent to someone that was forwarded and saved many times, and long ago. That is why so many virus come to my computer. PLEASE EVERYONE INSTALL ONE ONLY GOOD VIRUS PROGRAM. IF you install two programs they will defeat eachother and you will get and send virus to all of us. They are time consuming to us and we have better use of our time. PLEASE & THANK YOU
