Gary, the last thing you need is advice from everybody (even if it's well-meaning) BUT , did you ever consider hiring and training a neighborhood kid to ride along with you and load, unload, set up, take down, load, unload (the reason I stopped gigging, BTW)? Say for $20. Under YOUR supervision, of course, but he does ALL the work. Just a thought.
