I finally gave up after a full 6 hours trying to fix this...For anyone who may go through this as well, A Korg representative was so gracious to answer with the following.

Pa4X currently does not recognize, nor send, the Song Position Pointer. We are considering if adding it for a future update.---
I went to plan B, but this is a little irritating. Gotta have Song Position Pointer capabilities.
How are you guys doing this in DAW? Also, any PA 3X owners know if that unit has Song Position Pointer?
