The general observation that two companies release standalone modules is encouraging, even if this one may only be interesting for its Steinway piano sound.

I contradict Donny and say these two companies are NOT foolish and there is obviously a goood reason, as many people simply do not want to rely on a computer in live situations, BUT want a compact addition to their existing gear.


Modules were an 80's/90's memory and good ones at that but the music world has moved on in so many ways,..all those extra midi wires, and extra gear to lug around & setup & connect ...in studio is another story.
I don't miss it on stage at all.
