Two very strong points of T4 are

- better keybed
- SA2 sounds
(Its also better looking)

Where the S970 has...

- deejaystyles and knobs
- better effects sesction ( same as T5)
- audio styles..
- a little lighter

Thats about it, where it comes to differences...
