download and unzip the files, load each sub-file (composer, panel etc) into a hex editor and change the code LKE (4C 4B 45) to G K (47 00 4B). Then load each sub-file individually into the 7k and see which go in ok. If any don't strip those out of the sub-file collection because they may prevent a load and give a default initial setup. Then just edit to taste to get a reasonable sound.

This is all from memory since the last time I did exactly this must have been in the days of the 1500 way over 10 years ago collecting those presets not on the kn3000.
