Love the site, Willum, and thanks for it! I clicked the "Download" button and got the list of Vols. 1-3 ZIP files. Had no trouble opening, dopwnloading and unzipping Vols. 1 and 3, but I kept getting a message when trying to download Vol. 2 that the address was wrong! Puzzled here! Any suggestions? Maybe you could send me the Vol. 2 ZIP file via e-mail???? Thanks for your help. The two ZIPs I was able to download are GREAT!!!!! Keep up the good work!
